1 Private mould 4 corner seamless welding treatment Aerospace AL6063 Front frame to avoid light from leaking. AL Front Frame each corners 3 soldering points (others 1 soldering point) to make sure it no shape change even with force hit to keep basic light optical design excellent as always.
2 SMD2835 1.5W, VF 9V brightness Led beads
* We Insist in using bigger 13.5mm diameter PMMA lens( while most manufacturers using 11 mm PMMA lens in whole supply chains) to do secondary optical light guide that makes light better uniformity,less weight,no yellowing issue,Lifetime 50K hours
3 Our back cover frame are not getting bending easily to keep excellent uniformity as we choose better anti-corrosion Aluminum Frame white powder oxidized treatment 0.35mm Thickness back cover shell better for fast heat dissipation (while other wanna save cost using simple PET material 0.25mm shell)
4 We Choose completely New PS material Diffuser Plate, others using PP materials (clients approved PP materials easy get corrosion) ,also other manufacturer choose usingCheaper Recycled PS material (easy getting yellow within 3 years-4 years)
5 As for Aluminum PCB plate,we use 14mm width,0.8mm thickness (1OZ 25g Copper foil ),fast for heat disspation . While others using 7-9mm width PCB ( 1OZ 13g Copper foil)
